You can order two ways online, one by selecting a phone order when you check out, and a sales person will then contact you for payment details. OR you can now select PayPal express, and even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still check-out using your Visa or MasterCard.  PayPal is safe and secure.  

We endeavor to ship your order the next day via your selected shipping method, but from time to time delays on items may occur that are out of our control due to nil stock or back orders not filled by our supplier, shipping delays etc. You will be notified immediately if this occurs, either by phone call or e-mail. You will have a choice to wait for the product or a full refund will be processed immediately upon your request.
